This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for orders placed through our online store.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund (shipping costs not included).

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • You must include your order number in the return shipment.
  • Returns must be initiated by contacting us at support@quark-marine.com.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Perishable or consumable goods.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Digital downloads or virtual products.
  • Gift cards.

  2. Email support@quark-marine.com with your order number.
  3. We’ll send return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

If your refund is late or missing:

  • Check your bank or credit card account.
  • Contact your payment provider — sometimes processing takes a few extra days.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, contact support@quark-marine.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll guide you through the process.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Return shipping is non-refundable unless we made an error with your order.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund when applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Take a photo of the item and packaging.
  2. Email us within 7 days of delivery at support@quark-marine.com.
  3. We’ll send you a prepaid return label or issue a replacement at no cost to you.

Policy Visibility & Legal Compliance

Our return and refund policy is posted on our website, at checkout, and in order confirmation emails in accordance with:

  • FTC Fair Business Practices (16 CFR Part 435 – Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule)
