Hello! I’ve a question about the QK-A026 wireless AIS+GPS receiver because I’ll connect it to a laptop via usb.
In order to have simultaneously the 12v power supply and the NMEA 0183 data transmission, which type of USB micro cable I have to buy?

Hi, QK-A026 should come with the proper USB cable. If you need an extra one any USB data cable with micro-c should work.
The problem is that the QK-A026 has only one USB plug. So, if I use it for the power supply I cannot use it for the data transmission to the laptop. Maybe I could buy a USB cable “Y” splitted like this one, but does it work? one usb plugged to the power supply and the other one to the laptop. My doubt is if it will transmit the NMEA data.
Unfortunately, the USB cable you posted here doesn’t work. It only splits the power not data. No extra cable needed actually since you can power the USB and transmit the data with one cable(i.e. A026 can be powered by your computer via USB cable).
