QK-A026 has been blocked

My QK-A026 has been blocked and does not turn on or the USB port is detected, says message “USB Accessories disabled: Disconnect the accessory that consumes most to reactivate the devices” what can be the solution to this problem ?.

Did you use iMac when you saw these messages? This can be caused when A026 device starts drawing too much power. It can also be caused by a defective cable and on rare occasions, a defective USB port.

Please bear in mind A026 could take up to 300mA when WiFi fully works. However, some USBs on a laptop can only support 100mA to 200mA current.

We have another post discussed WiFi kept disconnection. It’s the same reason. We always suggest customer use a proper power supply, like our A013
