no USB/WIFI reset QK-A027

      Hello everyone,

      I finally decided to post here because I can’t get my A027 working anymore. Indeed, I can’t get it to connect throught USB port to my computer and I can’t throught WIFI either.

      I was wondering if there were any way to troobleshoot the USB connection, because it seems dead as nothing is detected by the computer when plugged-in. The device seems to be running fine though as the red led is blinking and I got a wifi network displayed. Unfortunately, I lost the wifi password..is there any way to force it to reset to factory config ?

        The only way you can change the WiFi password is via configuration tool from USB port. So you need get the USB port working firstly.

        Have you checked the ‘device manager’ in your computer and see if the driver have been installed properly? Some times you maybe need re-install the driver.

        Try a different computer maybe you will get joy?

          thanks for your answer. Indeed it’s what I guessed. I tried on several computer but the device is not showing up, even as unknown.So maybe the usb port is dead :-(
