Firmware update Procedure

      Why is there no information about the irmware update procedure online? I have emailed but did not yet recieve an email.

      Will I need a tool to perform this? And why the mystery? Anyone who can share the procedure with me? I want tu upgrade the firmware of my QK-A027, so I can use UDP protocol

          I would like to update firmware on my QK-A024 for the same reason (would like to use UDP protocol). Would you please post or email me the procedure? Thanks
