Hello, my first QK-023 AIS receiver is installed and working properly. The second product, the QK-A051T transponder does not turn on. It is powered at 12 v. cc, in the red wire +(positive) and in the black wire – (negative). And when we turned on the switch, the LED didn’t reacted at all. Why is it? Can be this transponder wrong?
I think the A051T has damaged due to wrong connection! The RS422- input has been connected to 12V. You should connect the
RED wire to the power, not the orange. Unfortunately, you need to contact our customer service to see what is the best way to get it fixed.
