Make sure the baud rate at both sides should be the same(ideally 38400bps since AIS messages outputs at this rate).

Then following the following connections please:

NMEA out-

>NMEA in A

NMEA out+

> NMEA in B

Then you should see the NMEA 0183 LED flashes at MiniPlex-3Wi.
