Hi Can you provide your router’s information(IP, gateway, subnet, SSID, password)information, please? Also can you please provide the setup for your A026(better a screenshot of the configuration tool).

Some wireless router don’t like to use DHCP for continuous data input terminal, so you probably like to try using a fixed IP address setting in the configuration tool.
