Yes I can confirm that on our A031 you can change the baud rate speeds for input and output with NMEA data and Seatalk data.
The A031 can be set to lots of different Baud rate speeds depending on your needs. You can manually change the input and output of each device connected. This also allows you to have all the inputs data from 1 to 3 sent via WiFi to mobile or Laptop.
